Our executive director Dr. Tyfahra Milele was a guest on a recent webinar hosted by All Stars Helping Kids, where she gave her thoughts on what it takes to make a real impact with youth from low-income and underrepresented communities.

All Stars Helping Kids is one of our community partners, and we appreciate their support and guidance.

On the webinar, Wakanda explained how our organization is able to cover 99% of the costs for campers to make sure all kids have the opportunity to enjoy summer camp with us.

She also challenged funders to rethink some of the traditional ways nonprofits are supported.
