Welcome to another part of our CIT BEST MOMENTS!!! WOOOOOOOO.
It’s just me Aroyal today, unfortunately. My co-CIT, Iyanni is with the campers right now.
Today, I actually had to wake up pretty early, around 6:30 am for our staff morning. This is where we go over our goals for the day, our schedule, and any other important information.
Then it was time to wake up the campers and make the most of our final full day at the cabins. Which I’m sad about because we really did have such a great time here, and just as we’re starting to get the hang of the place, it’s almost time to go. Carrying on. We did wake up the campers with a song called Little Red Wagon.
Soon enough, we finally made it to breakfast with…

And I know, I just know ya’ll know we had to make this last full day here as fun as possible. The campers deserved it, trust me on that.
And why do I feel as if ya’ll want to know what we did after breakfast. Well let me tell before I show, you feel me? Basically to make a long story short, we did a colorful pigment fight and sprinklers! How fun, right?!
What? Ya’ll don’t believe me? It’s literally tradition around here. You know what?
QUE MONTAGE AYYYY!!!
Isn’t it just soooo COLORFUL? I know! I got covered in teal by children even though I told myself I wasn’t going to do it because of how long it was gonna take to wash out. Oh well.
OH OH Wanna see the group photo? It’s so cutesy!!

I know they’re not all smiles, but that’s only because no one wanted to pause for a photo, they were too busy having real fun! Honestly, that just means camp was such a blast, they didn’t want to be interrupted. So… I’d call that a win!
(P.s. Thank you to our amazing counselors for taking the photos!)
Skipping ahead, we started doing rounds in the showers as soon as we were done with the pigment and sprinklers… yap yap… the kids are now clean and most importantly? Hungry! So… LUNCH WE GO!!
If I remember correctly which I obviously should, we had a chicken burger and potato wedges with cheese and fruit on the side.

Why did they kind of go all out with just one? I’m afraid I was enjoying it a little too much… and honestly, so was everyone else!
Okay ya’ll, this is probably the last thing I’ll put down before leaving you guys. It’s very sad, but it’s arguably the best thing that we did today! Well, not us as in me and Iyanni because ya’ll tripping if you think we were going to climb all the way up top of the trees (safely) to ride the zip line. YES! Zip line and just because Iyanni and I didn’t do it doesn’t mean the campers didn’t have any fun! This was the main thing they were waiting to do for a hot minute. Literally since we brought it up. AGAIN SAFELY.
WEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!
NO CHILD NOR ADULT WAS HARMED IN THE MAKING OF THESE PHOTOS!!!
They were fully geared up and strapped in! I can’t say that I’m not glad that I didn’t get on but I bet they were having lots of fun!

SIGH..
And now here comes the part that I’ll hate the most. Saying goodbye since we’ll be leaving this portion of camp to do actual camp tenting at China Camp State Park!
We are currently cleaning cabins, packing our things, and getting ready to leave TOMORROW. We had such a great time here.
Let me stay for real! Same time next year?
See you later!
